Job Description
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients and dishes
- Cooking food for high class Western and Chinese style restaurants
- Cooking food in central kitchen for more than 250 staffs in a timely manner
- Making unique sauces
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Chef in middle to high class Chinese or western style cuisine
- More than four years’ hands on experience is required
- Good command in Chinese and Basic English
- Student of ICI / CCI is preferred
- 8 day-off monthly, shift duties and OT are required
- Non-smoker is a must
