Our client, a Japanese bank, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Prospecting new China corporate customers and achieving business targets by identifying and realizing business opportunities via cross-selling a wide range of banking products such as trade finance, corporate loan, treasury, cash management and structured finance e.g. ECM and DCM to deepen business penetration into relationship portfolio
•Managing account portfolio and maintaining close relationship with customers for business retention and referrals
•Preparing credit proposals by negotiation of credit terms, pricing and collateral requirements
•Building, managing and driving the team making sure that the team is performing up to the bank’s requirements and standards
•Responsible for the team overall performance and P&L
REQUIREMENTS
•Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
•At least 10 years of China Corporate Front Office experience in which minimum 4 years as Team Head
•Solid knowledge of corporate banking products and services
•Solid credit and negotiation skills
•Effective leadership and relationship management
•Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
•Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
