Shipping assistant
Job Description
- Daily input and verification of system data
- Handle shipping operations, preparing shipping documents for the requirement
- Contact existing customers in mainland
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Around 2 years as a shipping clerk will be advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficient to using MS Word and Excel
- Polite and cooperative
