Our client, a Japanese Trading Company is now looking for a Japanese Speaking Accounting and Sales Assistant as following conditions,
Job Description
- Prepare payment voucher, staffs’ claims and business trip expenses; issue cheque and invoice, etc.
- Daily inventory updates in accounting system
- Prepare sales invoices and handle petty cash management
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, and etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including delivery arrangement
- Perform clerical and some administrative work
- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Good command of Mandarin and English, conversational Japanese
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Stable and willing to support wide range duties
