Our client, an online Foreign exchange market broker is looking for candidates for Senior Manager in Human Resources:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business manager on Talent acquisition and strategic talent planning initiatives
- Review, optimize and align HR process and workflows to strategic business goals and enhance the operation efficiency.
- Ensure global and local HR policies are implemented and standardized, adhering local legal and statutory requirements.
- Drive Transformation project with Global HR guideline, including HR benefits, culture and communication channels.
- Translate business needs to recruitment strategies and provide cost-effective and timely manpower solutions to the company.
- Partner with senior management team to devise and implement initiatives to support both long term and short business growth in Asia.
- Support line managers with resources planning, organizational structure, job design and handle recruitment process.
- Ensure company's benefits and remuneration package can attract and retain talents by keeping update with the industry market remuneration, benefits and practices and provide advice and benchmarking results to line departments and Management for consideration regularly
- Handle payroll, tax declaration, and quarterly performance bonus calculation.
Requirements:
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 5 years hands-on working experience within a leadership HR role (HR set-up experience preferred)
- Ability to work indecently, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Strong proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Japanese skill is an advantage
- Experience working in investment or securities firm required
