Project Engineer - IT Consulting

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese IT Consulting Company is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:

Job Description
-Provide administration and support on VM, Linux and MS Windows systems
-Support on Microsoft Exchange Email System for customer
-Support on cloud based system such as AWS and Azure
-Participate in the design, installation, maintenance and support for the client network system

Key tasks include:
-Hardware set-up and diagnostic
-Software installation, testing, configuration and deployment
-Installation and configuration of Firewall, router and switch
-Provide on-going product warranty and maintenance support
-Maintenance and troubleshoot LAN,WAN and VPN problems
-Responsible for office software license administration and monitoring
-Design and maintain network diagram with Microsoft Visio
-Project implementation and documentation
-Support for project relocation such as office movement
-Knowledge of prevalent firewall such as PaloAlto and Juniper
-Support and maintain of daily backup, antivirus and security control software
-Ad hoc duties and assignments

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree holder
-4-5 years’ hands-on experience in support and administration for VM, Linux and MS Windows systems

The following certification & experience preferred:
-AWS certified Cloud Practitioner or SysOps Administrator Associate
-Hands-on experience in AWS or Azure
-Fluent in English and Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
-Immediate available or within short notice is preferred
