Job Description
-Ensure quality control of all outputs for the department
-Prepare reports and proposals in a timely manner
-Contact or visit customers to assist in business promotion and advisory issues
-Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
-Guide junior team member on day-to-day operations and related knowledge
-Ensure full compliance with the prevailing regulations and follow all internal controls
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-3 to 5 years of experience in advisory or consultancy role from consultancy / professional firm
-Preferably with working experience in Japanese business environment
-Experience in banking industry is not necessary
-Near native level Japanese language skills
-Proficient in English and Mandarin
-Experience in team building or team management is desirable
