Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring Invoice, preparing AR and credit reports
• Preparing settlement for credit-related expanses
• Update clients’ profiles & some admin job duties
• Ad hoc assignments from Senior manager
Requirements
• Diploma in Business or above
• 1 to 2 years of experience in AR operation and basic concept of L/C settlement.
• Able to work independently in a team and to coordinate activities across functional teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, able to take initiative as required and to present information to a wide variety of end users.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
