Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese leasing company, which is the subsidiary of one of the biggest Financial Company in Japan, now looking for suitable candidates as the following;
Job Description
-Maintain proper records of cash receipt in respect of transactions made over counters
-Arrange the set-up of direct debit authorization of vehicle and equipment, upload bulk payment batch to Bank for payment collection and confirmation
-Attend telephone service hotline in handling inquiries of dealers and customers
-Prepare Stocking Loan Invoice to dealers and follow up the interest payment
-To perform checking on termination figures for customers and dealers
-To Keep and maintain records for scanning in cheque payment and drawdown documents by daily routine
-To Back up and share other jobs including loan drawdown and other team members as when assigned by supervisors
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Admin experience in financial industry
-Operation experience in loan is an advantage
-Experience in checking voucher or using internet banking is a plus
-Business level of English
-Proficient in MS office application(especially excel)
-Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
