Job Description
•Perform full spectrum of end to end recruitment process, C&B functions and HR system management;
•Maintain accurate staff record, leave record and filling etc.;
•Provide support to the team and facilitate different kinds of employee activities;
•Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
•Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
•2-3 years working experience in payroll processing & HR functions;
•Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot table) and Chinese word processing;
•Good command of English and Cantonese;
•A pleasant team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
•Able to work independently, stable and responsible;
•Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.
