Job Description
Reporting to Accounting Manager
Assist updating the accounting books and issuing debit notes
Assist in sticker arrangement
Work closely with accounting team across Southeast Asia
Assist in month-end closing and prepare regular reports
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, experience in Licensing and Trading Industry is an advantage
Hands-on experience on ERP & excellent skill in MS office, especially in MS Excel
Well-organized, strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal and influential abilities; Willing to accept challenges and work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Open minded, proactive, ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in English & Mandarin
