Company Overview<br/>Our client, a famous Japanese toy company is now looking for the following candidate as below<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>-Handle large volume of debit notes and credit notes and verification of supporting documents<br/>-To prepare accounting journals and vouchers<br/>-Following up the overdue debts and assist to send the debit statement<br/>-To support in the processes of billing enquirers and resolve disputes with internal and external stakeholders<br/>-To assist the immediate supervisor in development of credit policy and credit control system<br/>-To Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules<br/>-To handle ad-hoc assignments/projects as required<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>-Diploma in Accounting / a relevant discipline or above<br/>-Experience in accounts receivable of sizable companies would be an advantage<br/>-Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, proactive and independent<br/>-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese<br/>-Proficiency in computer literacy and experienced in SAP system<br/>-Immediately available is highly preferred<br/>-Fresh Grad is also welcome<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>5 working days<br/>Bank Holidays <br/>Double Pay<br/>Discretionary Bonus<br/>Medical<br/><br/>
