Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese leasing company, which is the subsidiary of one of the biggest Financial Company in Japan, now looking for suitable candidates as the following;
Job Description
-Handle daily accounting transaction on accounts payable/receivable/general ledger function
-Perform data input, voucher preparation, prepare payment, documents filing and other accounting operation duties
-Assist in month-end and year-end closing
-Assist in preparing monthly reports and year-end audit
-Involve in implementation of system project
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 2 years accounting experience in Financial industry
-Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
-Experience in using Accounting software and / or ERP system
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
-Able to meet deadline, meticulous, proactive, mature, stable and independent
-Team player with positive attitude, well organized, good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
-Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
-Immediate available is a preferable
