Our client, a Japanese construction&design company, is looking for a suitable candidate as followings:
Job Description
- Manage the all affairs in their interior construction site, retail shops, malls
- To communicate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers, Site Supervisors, and Designers to arrange the delivery dates, amount of items, construction period.
- Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget
- Listening to the client's demand and support vendors to achieve the good designed interior of shops
- Attend meeting with Management & Client, discuss the detail of the project process and quotation
- Occasional business trip to Japan and Mainland China
- Supporting Sales team on the situation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience of project management interior firm or construction company.
- Native Cantonese, Good in English, Conversational Japanese (Above N2 Level)
Pacakage
Mon-Fri : 9am - 5:30pm *negotiable
Sat, Sun: Depends on project *able to take compensatory leave
Salary: up to 60K or more
