Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese metal manufacturer, is seeking for high calibre to join their team with the details below.
Job Description
•Perform general office administration duties, including but not limited to courier and postage arrangement, office maintenance, hotel & travel booking, order office supplies, mail distribution, expatriate visa, insurance-related documents, co-ordinate with company activities, IT general support, etc.
•Provide general administrative support to other internal departments (e.g. I.T.)
•Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
•Higher Diploma, preferably with 2 years working experience
•Good command of English and Cantonese, conversational Mandarin
•Proficiency in Japanese is not necessary but is a plus
•Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
•Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Immediate available is highly preferred

•Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 - 18:00
