Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate new business Strategic initiatives and activities
• Set up strategic plan for business promotion
• Develop new dealers and explore new business products
• Perform and monitor marketing activities and business promotion
• Support head of department on corporate planning to ensure the operations in line with the pre-set strategic direction
• Perform on0site or office visit for credit underwriting and credit investigation
• Provide supervision and motivate team members
• Submit big ticket application to Head Office
• Cooperate with other departments an any business and company issue
• Report market information and business movement to Department Head
Requirements
Requirements:
• Degree Holder or above (Degree in Accounting / Finance is preferable)
• At least 3-4 relevant working experience in finance field
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill, good presentation skill and strong management skill
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JPLT N1 is preferred), English & Cantonese; fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good credit underwriting skill and negotiation skill
• Good understanding of financial statement analysis with sense of credit risks and good marketing connection
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Package:
• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 0900 – 1730
• Salary: 25 - 30K (negotiable)
