Japanese Speaking Product Development Officer - Restaurants and Food service

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese famous Food service company, is now looking for suitable candidate for Japanese Speaking Product Development Officer.

Job Description
- Creation of products with new or different characteristics including recipe making, materials sourcing, cost calculation and product's price setting.
- Modification of an existing product or their presentation
- Helping in purchasing transactions & activities to ensure smooth and continuous stores' operation
- Helping in managing deliver schedules and status of goods
- Source and communicate with current and potential suppliers.
- Contact suppliers to obtain price quotes and performed negotiations
- Data stigmatization and sales reporting

Requirements
- Experience in F&B industry (restaurants or food trading)
- Experience of working with ERP system and relevant working experience is preferable.
- Good command of English, Japanese(N1) and Cantonese
- PC knowledge, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Japanese and Chinese word processing

15,000 - 17,000 HKD (Depends on experience)
