Job Description
•To handle import / export shipping documents
•To support sales staff to contact customers or suppliers as necessary
•To perform general administrative and clerical support for the division such as car booking, meeting room booking, expenses claims, arrange hotel booking and business trip etc.
•To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
•At least 2 years working experience in trading industry
•Strong communication & interpersonal skills
•Responsible and able to work independently
•Good command of English, Mandarin
