Our client, a Japanese trading company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
Develop new markets & customers
Maintain current business accounts and develop good relationships with customers referred from Group connections
Review pricing and profitability of key customers while supporting related sales duties
Prepare business correspondence/ contracts and provide necessary support on customer’s requests
Prepare monthly sales report and forecast
Import/ Export/ Logistics arrangements and co-ordination supports
Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Department Head/ Sales Manager
Business trips is required
Requirements
Diploma or above in business related studies
Sales and marketing knowledge particularly in the plastic bags markets is advantageous
2 year experience in handling shipping documents/ quotation/ packing list/ sales invoice/ insurance and claims documents and etc.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese is a plus
Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
