Our client, a well-known Japanese FMCG company is looking for the following staff to fill up the team.
Job Description
Maintain attendance and leave record, payroll and taxation administration, compensation & benefits and performance management
Assist in recruitment process from interview arrangement, offer to on board
Assist in staff relations activities
Handle any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
About 2-3 years working experience in HR functions, with experience in F&B field is preferred
Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
