Our client, a leading Japanese trading company is now looking for below talent for expansion
Job Description
•Coordinate with different parties and to update and input data of shipment into system
•Handle shipment arrangement which include invoices, packing list, import & Export custom Declaration
•Coordinate with forwarders and arrange for courier shipments
•Follow up orders relevant to shipment and system data
•Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
•Diploma or above in Supply Chain or related discipline
•About 2-3 years of relevant working experience in shipping area
•With general knowledge of I/E shipping documents
•Good command of English, Mandarin
•Proficiency in PC operation, knowledge about SAP system is an advantage
•Immediate available is preferred
