Job Description
・Make journal entry for daily AR transaction.
・Assist in doing financial closing.
・Handle daily accounting matter, such as payment, expenses control, purchase office supplies,etc
・Collect account receivable from customer.
・Control petty cash.
・Assist in general office administration works and HR support
・Go to bank and post office etc. is necessary
Requirements
・At least 1-3 years relevant working experience in Japanese trading company
・Good command of English and Mandarin
・Good at using Microsoft office WORD/EXCEL
・Experience in using SAP ERP would be an advantage
