Job Description
Vice President - Corporate Finance
Responsibilities:
Manage corporate finance engagements including loan syndication, bond investment, acquisition finance, projects finance, financial advisory and other structured products.
Provide products improvement and development proposals, and actively explore new financial products and market
Perform credit analysis (including cash flow projection) and market analysis regarding syndication/underwriting risks, structure and negotiate financing terms
Prepare information memorandum/package and negotiate loan documentation
New business development & origination
Development and review of detailed, complex financial Microsoft Excel models for use in transactions
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong business network to connect with mid-market corporate clients in origination role
Sound analysis skills with experience developing financial models
Degree holder from renowned universities, with excellent public examination results in major subjects
5 years or above working experiences in Corporate Finance in banks or well-established financial institutions
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
