Job Description
To handle import / export shipping documents
To support sales staff to contact customers or suppliers as necessary
To perform general administrative and clerical support for the division, such as car booking, meeting room booking, expense claims, arrange hotel booking and business trip etc.
Requirements
Diploma graduates with commercial studies
3 years’ relevant working experience in shipping area
Proficient in MS office
Good command of English, Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese is preferable.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Responsible and able to work independently
