Job Description
•Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up for the order processing
•Coordinate for smooth delivery and inventory control
•Communicate with Engineers for any quality problems
•Support in preparing quotations, invoices, PO and other documents
•Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
•Higher Diploma or above
•Min. 1 year of relevant experience of coordination / customer services in electronic field, experience in Japanese company is preferred
•Good command of English and Mandarin, Conversational in Japanese
•Proficiency in PC Skills, MS Office, experience in SAP operation is advantage
•Independent, well-organized and good in communication
