Job Description
•Assist to oversee daily shop operations
•Achieve company goals; attain sales target, budgets and implementation of objectives
•Perform sales and inventory analysis
•Ensure effective and sufficient stock allocation and replenishment
•Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops.
•Conduct service training to frontline staff
Requirements
•5 years retail experience and 2 years’ experience at supervisory level
•Degree holder in business administration/HR related preferred
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership
•Good Command of English and Mandarin
•Knowledge of Japanese language/Japanese food is highly preferred
•Short notice preferred
