Our client, an international Japanese Cosmetics Company is looking for a talent to fill up the position:
Job Description
Develop brand and marketing strategy for enhancing brand awareness and achieving business goals
Develop and monitor marketing campaign of each new launch, to acquire new customers and retain existing customer to achieve target sales
Manage all marketing campaign result and the overall business operation to achieve company goals
Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver excellent marketing and brand building programmers
Developing marketing/PR strategy, working closely with PR Manager as well as the marketing team
Develop all advertising materials and creative
Coordinate various events including press conferences, workshops & seminars, etc.
Involve in social media marketing activities
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in Marketing related discipline
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in beauty, cosmetics or other retail environment of which at least 3 years at managerial grade
Experience in CRM is an advantage
A strong strategic thinker with strong leadership and influencing skills
Dynamic, resourceful, creative and multi-tasked with sound planning skill
Result-oriented and highly self-motivated, Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
