Japanese Speaking IT Support - Game maker

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese famous Game Maker is expanding their business and is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:

Job Description
-Provide technical support to Sales department on PC and equipment operation
-Monitor and maintain the IT System health status, server, network performance and security control
-Manage and maintain good storage of PC and other development equipment
-Coordinate with IT vendor to perform IT help desk support including PC setup, system and software installations, escalation, problem solving to all staff
-Coordinate with all department to design and implement network environment to fit business needs
-Execute continuous improvements on network operations
-Prepare and maintain system and operations documentations such as System Test plan, System Design Document, System Administration Manual
-Network related: firewall, switch configurations, proxy configurations, VPN
-Maintain and manage the daily operation of information systems
-Business trips to Japan and Taiwan(not frequent)
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
-Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
-At least 2-year experience in daily IT operation support
-Knowledge and experience in switches, routers, firewall for Cisco or related enterprise-grade network vendor
-Knowledge and experience in Windows, server (MS/Oracle/IBM), Exchange/Outlook, etc., especially knowledge and experience in SQL Server will be an advantage
-Good command of written and spoken Japanese (N2), English and Mandarin
-Good communication, documentation and problems solving skills
-Willing to work over-time if required
