Our client, a well-know Japanese FMCG company is looking for the following staff to fill up the team.
Job Description
Support full spectrum of Human Resources functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, payroll and taxation administration, compensation & benefits and performance management;
Assist in general recruitment process;
Assist in staff relations activities;
Ad-hoc tasks as required;
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
3-4 years HR working experience;
Experience in F&B Field is highly desirable;
Good command in Cantonese and English;
Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment; and
Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
