Job Description
-Understand customer needs in phone, email, chat and other interactions
-Accurately identify and analyze service requests and incidents related to the use of IT services
-Help customers to resolve incidents and complete requests immediately where possible
-Ensure requests and incidents are passed to the relevant second and third line teams where applicable
-Proactively manage backlogs of requests and incidents
-Document and share knowledge and best practice with Ask IT colleagues globally
-Operate in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes
-Available to work under flexible shifts
Requirements
-Above 2-3 years experiences in demonstrable experience in an IT analyst role
-Expert in dealing with customers via phone, web and email dialogue and strive to exceed expectations
-Excellent verbal and written English language
-Good commands of Japanese (N1 or N2 Level preferred )
-Strong problem solving experience
-Organized and able to handle multi task
Additional Job Information
Package
-Up to HKD 35,000 ( Negotiable )
-5 days working shift / 9 hours between 7am-7pm
-Discretional Bonus
-Annual leave: 12 days / 1st year ( Max 15 days )
