Our client is a major Japanese cosmetics company. They are now looking for a looking for talent as below:
Job Description
-Provide part of administrative support including hotel reservation for HQ staff, office renovation, document filing etc.
-Act as a coordinator among departments (Sales & Marketing, Beauty Training, Accounting & Logistics etc.) and ensure smooth operation of internal projects
-Translation of various material, include email, training material etc. from/to Head quarter (Japanese to Chinese, Chinese to Japanese)
-Interpretation in internal meeting, TV meeting, boss speech etc. (Japanese to Chinese, Chinese to Japanese)
-Handle ad-hoc project and new business
Requirements
-Native Cantonese, Fluent Japanese, Good command of English
-Experience as administrator in Japanese company is preferable
-Able to handle multi-tasks, detail-minded
-Eager to learn new knowledge
-Looking for challenges and self-development in career
-Presentable, Sociable, Stable,good communication skill
-Perform as a good team player
