Finance Manager - Financial Service

Company Overview
Our client, a Financial technology investment and development firm is expanding their business and now looking for suitable candidates as the following:

Job Description
-Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
-Documents financial transactions by entering account information
-Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
-Prepare balance sheet, PL statement, and financial reports
-Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
-Maintain accounting control by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
-Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
-Maintain financial security by following internal controls
-Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
-Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
-Complies with HKSAR and other appropriate financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
-Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
-Bachelor Degree holder in Finance/Accounting
-At least 5 years Accounting/Auditing experience
-Someone with experience in research of Corporate Finance
-Familiar with all relevant HKSAR/SFAS rules and regulations regarding accounting, finance, and auditing
-Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related payments is a plus
-Knowledge of startup fundraising and equity processes is a plus
-Someone who is good in Time Management, Data Entry Management
-Numeric Skills
-Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
-Excellent command of English
-Knowledge in Japanese is a plus
