Our client, an Insurance broker is now looking for suitable candidates as the following
Job Description
-Handle daily clerical works such as data entry, filing and business writing
-Follow up and manage existing clients in renewal contracts
-Support day-to-day office administration, such as preparing application documents, fill customer’s information into application documents, sending documents, checking customer’s information
-To perform assistant duties including handling incoming calls, answering inquiries
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Insurance experience is a plus
-Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese
-Proficient in MS Office usage particularly Excel and / or spreadsheet applications
-Strong IT skills(Familiarity with Google G Suite is a plus)
-Mature, detail-minded, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure independently
-Responsible, with good communication and organization skills
-Immediately available
