Job Description
Providing first line support to users
Providing helpdesk support guidance to users on basic computer related questions
Take ownership of helpdesk case resolution
Escalate helpdesk cases when needed
Requirements
Higher diploma or degree holder of IT related area, fresh graduates are welcome
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
Experience in providing mobile and pc support is a plus
Knowledge on server, virtualization, networking and conferencing equipment is an advantage
Strong communication skill in Cantonese/English/Mandarin
