Job Description
-Assist to Sales Executive with documentation such as shipping, invoice, and quotation
-Delivery arrangement, cooperating with clients
-Handle limited administrative and secretary duties
-Assist the Japanese Manager
-Assist in bookkeeping duties
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-2-3 years' experience in sales assistant/admin role
-Basic knowledge in bookkeeping is a plus
-Good command of Japanese
-Proficient in MS Word and Excel
-Someone detail minded and can handle multiple tasks
-A cheerful character is preferred
