Japanese Speaking Manager - Consumer Finance

Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese consumer finance company is looking for suitable candidates as the following:

Job Description
-Supervise a small team of members
-Responsible for monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations
-Ensure good internal control & effectiveness in financial reporting are well in-placed
-Monitor the month-end closing tasks and consolidation are completed in timely manner
-Provide related financial & budget control reports and analysis
-Provide consolidation packages to Parent company
-Participate in the research, development and preparation of accounting policy and procedures as required
-Negotiate and arrange banking facilities or other services with banks
-Liaise with external auditors
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
-Degree in Accounting or related discipline
-Member of ACCA / HKICPA or other relevant professional bodies
-Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in accounting / finance field
-3 years’ experience at management level
-Knowledge of accounting standard IFRS9
-Strong Business sense and innovative to initiate change internally
-Proficient in MS Word & Excel
-Knowledge of SunSystems and internet banking will be an advantage
-Good command of English and Mandarin
-Knowledge in Japanese is an added advantage
-Immediate available is preferable
