Japanese speaking Assistant Manager - Procurement Project

Job Description
Our client, a well known manufacturer brand focus on consumer electronic product. They are currently seeking a right candidate for following position.


Responsibilities:

- Provide project management focus on procurement and logistics workflow.
- Monitor and generate systematic solution to streamline the project flow.
- Coordinate with different stakeholder to develop a better business model / procedures to improve the procurement and logistics activity.
- Team lead to promote a new concept of IT tools to enhance process efficiency in term of time, cost, manpower.
- Design / suggest green procurement sustainable development plan
- Evaluate the output / result based on PDCA / KPI index, supervise and motivate the team on project execution.

Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain management, business, IT related.
• 5 -8 years project experience in procurement / supply chain / Information system.
• Qualification in PMP, ITIL with applied working experience in procurement sector is an advantage.
• Solid experience to handle procurement workflow re-engineering.
•Proficient in Excel Marco function and programming, previous exposure in supply chain system is preferred
•Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Japanese speaking (JLPT N2) is required.
•Have good communication, well organized, and a fast learner
