Japanese speaking assistant

Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese company is now looking for a Japan speaking candidate to join their team:

Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support to the department.
- Follow up sales order, invoice, prepare sales contract in Japanese, English and Chinese.
- Translate and prepare presentation documents for meeting.
- Coordinate with Japan Head office, Suppliers and Customers...etc.
- Answer phone call, greet client and serve tea when in needed.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business nature or Japanese
- Good in Japanese (reading and writing in JLPT N1 level)
- 2 - 3 sales support / coordination experience.
- Good in English and Chinese
- Well organized and able to work independently.
- Cheerful and self motivated.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.

Package:
Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:30

Double pay
Discretionary bonus
