Our client, a Japanese logistics company is now looking for the below talent for their Logistic team
Job Description
•Ensure smooth order processing and on-time shipment
•Handle customers’ enquiries and track order status efficiently
•Maintain good relationship with existing customers, provide quality service to customers
•Issue invoice, quotation, and other clerical works
•Coordinate with internal parties for order process
Requirements
•F.5 or above
•Min. 1 year of shipping experience, knowledge in shipping declarations
•Good command in English and Mandarin
•Independent, good in communication and able to work under pressure
•Good customer services skill is needed
