Our client, a Japanese logistics company is now looking for a assistant or Manager of Customer Support in Sales Coordinator team.
Job Description
•Manage and supervise CS team.
•Support Sales team to prepare quotations and reports.
•Reply inquiries from overseas branches and customers.
•Track and trace shipments status, cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth handling.
Requirements
•Tertiary education or above
•For 5 to 8 years of experience in freight forwarding company. Longer working experience is preferable
•Good command of English & Mandarin, proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage, but not necessary.
•Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
•Immediate available is preferred.
