Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese electronics components company, is looking for a talent as following requirements.
Job Description
•Handle customer enquiries and sales order follow up
•Liaise with customer, factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement
•Handle shipping documents, L/C, invoice and other documents
•Responsible for data input, checking and report generation of the system
•Handle document filing and maintenance
•Assist in some administrative work and any assigned ad hoc duties
Requirements
•Min. 5 years’ of working experience in sales coordination in Japanese company
•Good command in English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is an advantage
•Proficiency in PC, MS Office
•With Incoterms knowledge and can work independently
•Immediate available is preferred

•Mon to Fri: 9:00-6:00pm
