Regional Operation Manager

Job Description
Our client, a listed in New Zealand, provides international freight forwarding services and logistics solutions. They are seeking a right candidate to join the following position.

- Leads Asia branches in business operation to implement operational procedures and system functionalities.
- Review workflow to improve the efficiency and to handle Cargowise configuration / access approval.
- Coordinating with different parties for any operational training if necessary.
- Conduct branch audits for process improvement.
- Preparing various reports for management.
- Willing to travel if required.

Requirement

- Degree holder or above
- 8 years operation experience in logistics / freight forwarder with sound knowledge in Cargowise.
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skill with good command of English, and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
- Good operation knowledge and business sense; with good writing skill.
