Job Description
Our client, a Japanese base electronic company is now seeking a right candidate for following position.
Accounting and Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide account payable, receivable and general accounting duties.
- Issue debit note, credit note; assist annual audit.
- Provide general admin support (e.g. hotel reservation, ordering stationery, banks and post office etc.)
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement:
- Diploma holder with LCCI II or above.
- 3 years or above relevant experience in accounting
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot table)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is an advantage and highly preferable.
Package:
- 5-days work week
