Our client is a large corporate bank now seeking for a highly motivated individual to join their global transaction banking department. This position will be provide professional customer service support to the team. Attractive salary remuneration package will be given to the right candidate.
Job Description
• Assist to team in e-banking customer migration project.
• Provide on-site customer support for e-banking migration and software installation.
• Address any technical inquiries and assist customers in documentation and operation.
• Support the team on regular report generation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service and implementation.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical skill is an advantage
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English; Mandarin and Cantonese speaking skills an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
