Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese electronics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:

Job Description
Job Duties:
・formulate policies for the finance and accounts department
・planning, establishment and implementation of the operation of the finance and accounts department
・manage and approve the tasks incidental to finance and accounts' operation
・deal with financial planning, capital transfer and its utilization
・maintain the assets and liabilities
・deal with investment and loan issues
・preparation and analysis of financial reports including the B/S, P/L and Cash Flow Account, the consolidated package based on the business laws and securities and exchange laws
・deal with accounts payable and accounts receivable issues
・deal with profit tax, and business tax matters
・deal with foreign exchange matter
・calculation of the manufacturing costs, manufacturing cost budgeting, actual costs analysis and evaluation
・stock assets management
・liaison with auditors regarding the above-mentioned matters
・Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
・other finance and accounts-related issues

Requirements
Requirement:
・Proven working experience (at least 7 working experience) as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
・Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (A/C system: IFS)
・Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
・Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
・High attention to detail and accuracy
・Ability to direct and supervise
・BS degree in Accounting or Finance
・CPA (not a must)
