Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese securities broker is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Arrangements of settlement of mainly Japanese stocks and Hong Kong stocks trading for both client and broker side
-Administration work of the client's money and securities kept in the custodian bank under their management
-Liaise with brokers, in-house counterparties to follow up any settlement related issues and enquiries
-Account opening/closing process
-Internal and external reports and correspondences
-Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Degree holder
-At least 5 years experience in Settlement of Stocks
-Have basic knowledge and ability to administrate client's asset and related matters such as corporate actions, dividend payment, etc.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English
-Immediately available
