Our client, a Japanese financial solution provider is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
-Follow up with Japanese Directors and division members
-Handover from Group Accounting Company for all accounting tasks (include employee salary, MPF, claim form, company regulation, etc)
-Limited partner companies set up and account management (cooperate with lawyer, auditor and accountant office)
-Crypto Asset administration (Account maintenance, report with Trading Operator)
-Sales, budget and P/L administration works
-Manage documentation work and parts of admin work between Hopewill(Parent company)Accounting team
-Create and supervise contract works
-Deal with Administrative clients payments and contracts
-Arrange and coordinate CRM assist for Division Head
-Human Resource activity assistant
-Ad Hoc duties a assigned
Requirements
-At least 5 years' experience in accounting
-Experience in an audit firm is a definite advantage
-Strong numeric ability
-Proficient in Excel
-Excellent command of both spoken and written Japanese and English
-Well-organized, detail minded, able to work independently
-Good coordination skills with a responsible and mature manner
Package
-28K~33K(depends on experience)
-Mon-Fri(9:00am-6:00pm)
-Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus
-AL 1st year 10days, Max 14 days
