Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for the following candidate -
Job Description
Responsible for full set of accounts, monthly financial statement, preparation of schedule, accounts reconciliation
Process account receivables and account payables
Data entry for accounting aspects
Process day to day general accounting duties
Handle payment, settlement, bank and cash transactions
Liaise and work with the external auditors and clients
Provide general administrative supports
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements
Diploma or above
At least 1 years relevant working experiences
Experience gained from trading or retail industry will be an advantage but not a must
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is highly preferred
