Technical Support Engineer - Electronics Trading

Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -

Responsibilities

·         Provide system installation, upgrade, troubleshooting including PC, server and network

·         Provide in-house technical support over the phone, email, and remote sessions

·         Manage daily administration and monitoring of servers, network stability, system security, patch management, network equipment and compliance checking

·         Documentation management of PC/network equipment inventory and etc.

·         Project implementation for various IT projects

Requirements

·         Degree or Diploma holder in computer or information technology or equivalent

·         A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Windows Server/Desktop. Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, Firewall, Switches, VLAN, Wifi

·         Experience on IBM Domino and Linux is a plus

·         Well-organized with good communication skills and analytical mind

·         Matured, self-motivated and determination to succeed

·         Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
