Work details
Our client, a Japanese Electronics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following.
Japanese speaking Accounting& Admin, Sales officer - Electronics
Responsibilities
- Handling accounting procedures (ex. Prepare cheque, issue debit note, data entries)
- Prepare financial reports and accounting related reports
- Support all-rounded HR and administrative duties, including payroll, compensation & benefits and other related duties
- Perform as sales assistant; Handling company's logistic operations, and preparing shipping documents, etc.
- Communicate with Japan headquarters if necessary
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Experiences in accounting duties is required
- Excellent command of Japanese
- Conversational in Mandarin
- Working experience in Japan would be advantage
- Familiar with MS Excel & Word
- Immediate available ( At least in March )
Package
- HKD 18,000 – HKD 25,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Annual Leave: 7days / 1st year, Max 14 days
- Double pay & Discretionary bonus
